Marabou Ranch’s exclusive on-site amenities include the River House Lodge with a fully stocked saloon and gourmet kitchen, the full-service Downstream Spa, the River’s Edge Pool and Fitness Center, the 20-seat Casting Room Theater and Kids Corral Activity Center, and the Equestrian Center boarding the Marabou horses for trail riding on the 21 miles of mixed-use trails. The Elk River winds through the ranch offering two miles of Elk River frontage and filling 10 ponds for some of the best trout fishing in the Rocky Mountains. Scattered along the river and the ponds are six, fully equipped and tastefully decorated Owners’ Cabins for owners’ use and their guests to enjoy. The ranch sparkles during the winter with groomed trails for cross-country skiing,  snowshoeing and sleigh rides.
